I have worked within the Health and Fitness industry for over 10 years and have a real passion and thirst for all kinds of sports and keeping fit!
As a Personal Trainer and class Instructor my classes consisted of; Box exercises, Circuit Training, Pilates, Aqua Aerobics, Step Aerobics and Legs, Bums & Tums.
I have worked for some of the key chains including; David Lloyd, LA Fitness, Fitness First, Spirit Health Club and Holmes Place.
